IoT Billing is the IoT-focused arm of the Selcomm platform — a rating, billing, CRM and provisioning suite that has been in continuous production since the early days of M2M. Our customers were monetising connected devices long before the phrase “Internet of Things” entered common use, and that long lens informs every decision we make today.
How we work
We are a small, deliberately senior team. Most of our engagements start with a conversation about a specific revenue or operational problem — not a feature list — and end with a configurable solution rather than a custom-coded one. That bias toward configuration over code is what makes the platform durable across two decades of changing networks, devices, and customer expectations.

As an early adopter of the all-services-provider model, I soon realised that without sophisticated automated billing with integrated service provisioning, customer care, payments and collection, my business model couldn't scale. Worse, the cost of extra staff to manage these aspects would send me broke.
